Martin does the 'Outlaw Ironman'

The indefatigable Martin Gallimore will be taking part in The Outlaw Triathlon, aka the Outlaw Ironman, on 8th August. He'll be raising money for the debt counselling charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP).

 

It consists of a:

- 2.4 mile swim (in open water)
- 112 mile cycle-ride
- marathon (26.2 miles) run

All this in one long day!
