LifeChurchManchester: What we do

We love Sundays when we worship together, but you’ll also find there’s a lot more to our church.

Serving the Community
We have a heart for the city of Manchester and not only do we hope that our church will help spread the message of God’s love, but that we will actively demonstrate it to the community through:

Courses and Events
We want to be open and welcoming for people who aren’t part of our church and who might not know God. To help support, welcome and get to know people who might not normally come to church we put on a variety of courses and events during the year, including:

  • Guest Services for people who don’t normally go to church
  • Alpha courses
  • Marriage courses
  • Special evenings for women
  • Men’s quizzes and dinners
  • Christmas carol services
We also have courses and events for our church family, to help us grow closer to God and as a family.

Sunday Services
A time to meet together, worship, learn more about the Christian faith, meet new people and socialise with our church family.

  • Two services, at 9.30 and 11.30
Small Groups
Smaller groups meet during the week to spend more quality time focusing on God and building relationships with each other.

  • Special welcome groups for new people
  • Discipleship groups for thosewho are part of the church
Reaching Out
We want to reach out to the city of Manchester and beyond, so that as many people as possible hear about God’s love and have the chance to experience it for themselves. We have a growing ministry to:

Links with other churches and ministries
Our church community spreads beyond Sale and Manchester through a variety of links to church networks and other ministries including:
