Our staff team is led by Andy Barclay-Watt.
There are several Directors who report to him:
Tom Giles, Pastoral Director
Nick & Sue Matthews, Missions Directors
David Rolles, Operations Director (see below)
Dave Mumford works a day and a half a week as Ministries Leader, covering Alpha, Students, Newcomers Welcome and Foundations for Partnership.
Andy Chard works closely with Tom Giles a day a week as Pastoral Assistant.
Emma Cooper works part-time as our CAP (Christians Against Poverty) Centre Manager.
Tom Butler is our full-time Youth Pastor. Tee Ellis is ably assisting Tom as Youth Intern.
Sarah Hagon is our Kids Pastor; she's currently on maternity leave, and Hayley Brown and Livvy Mills (Kids' Intern) are ably covering this area.
Rob McGibbon leads our Eden Eccles Team on a full-time basis.

David Rolles – Operations Director

Originally from the south of England, David brings 25 years of experience from the business world to the staff team.
He came on staff as Operations Manager in 2003 and serves in the areas of strategic planning, project and financial management. In addition to overseeing the administrative affairs at LifeChurch, he also works as the Events Manager for the Salt and Light network.
David is married to Jane and they have two married daughters and a granddaughter. He is not shy of technology and his interests include travel and languages.

Sean Sankey - Communications and Strategy Manager (1 day/week)

Sue has been an invaluable member of the office team since September 2004, having previously worked as a legal PA.
Sue is Andy Barclay-Watt's PA, looks after the day-to-day running of the office, manages the volunteer staff and provides secretarial support to Tom Giles and Nick Matthews.
She is married to Pete and they have two adult children and a grandson. Sue helps Pete run their catering business, and they enjoy travelling, good food and family life.

Jane Horsfall - Admin. Assistant
Jane is essential to the office's smooth running Mon-Fri in the mornings. She welcomes visitors, handles calls, produces the newsletter, organizes many of the rotas, and much more besides.
Jane is married to Steve and they have 2 daughters. In their spare time they enjoy travelling and trains, and sampling foreign beers!
Sue Williams - Accountant
Sue works in this capacity one and a half days a week, and helps to keep our books straight by efficient accounting!
Sue is married to Dave and they have 2 daughters and 2 sons. They are active in various areas of church life, and Sue leads a LifeGroup.
Gill James - volunteer Gift Aid Administrator
Gill does an excellent job in helping us reclaim £60K+ pa from HM Revenue & Customs. She is also the Director of our Crossroads Counselling Service.
Gill is married to Mike, and they have 2 adult children and a grandson. In their spare time, they appreciate fine wines!
